Western New York has become one of the country’s hottest fishing spots and it is said that fishing is the most popular participation sport in the country. Western New York Adaptive Water Sports offers fishing opportunities tailored to the needs of those with disabilities and youth that would not otherwise have the chance.

We have power boats capable of open water fishing for Bass, Walleye, Muskie and pan fish. The seating is flexible and there is room for wheelchairs in the boat. We have a Hoyer lift to facilitate transfer from the wheelchair accessible dock to the boat.

We also have use of a pontoon boat which has a deck at dock level enabling a power chair to drive right onto the boat.

Regular fishing trips go out every Saturday morning at 9:00. Special arrangements can be made for trips at other times.
